Very relevant topic. Its an effect of composite factors. It is not only affected by parents mindset, but is due to many things like, social structure, personal motivation, opportunities, financial soundness. So, although many things we can not change, but at the ground by educating we mean to make poeple think and understand the facts of life and society. Its not only needed to empower women but subsequently it empowers the society. Dr RA Mashelkar is current example and of course many of us and others. So, we should not think what people around us are doing, we should focus overall how is it changing.
